Mrs Annelies Vogels
Annelies Vogels is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Illuminare, as well as being involved as a staff member in the organization of its various exhibitions and congresses. She is equally involved in the production of Illuminare's publications. In 2001, she won the Zeventiende Eeuw Scriptieprijs for her Masters dissertation Nemo Artifex Nascitur: een zeventiende-eeuws receptenboek van Jacoba van Veen. In 2009, she was part of the scientific and organizational committee of the exhibition Rogier van der Weyden (1400-1464) - The Master of Passions (M - Museum Leuven) and in 2013 she was involved in the preparations for the exhibition Hieronymus Cock. De renaissance in prent (M - Museum Leuven and Institut Néerlandais, Paris). In 2016, she was co-curator for the exhibition In Search of Utopia (2016, M - Museum Leuven). In addition, she is connected to the research unit for Art History at the KU Leuven as Assistant.
